How Our Process Works: If your property meets our criteria, HabitatStays will enter into a mutually agreed-upon longer-term arrangement with you. We provide a guaranteed income by marketing your property as Serviced Accommodation. If needed, we will conduct cosmetic improvements, such as decorating, carpeting, and furnishing, to ensure your property meets our standards and maintains its appeal.
Throughout the agreed-upon period, we take responsibility for day-to-day maintenance issues. As a landlord, your sole involvement is to witness a steady monthly income deposited into your bank account without interruption.
